Anyone else buy a Brennan JB7?
I think I bought mine in 2013. At first I was well chuffed, but I found it wasn't that great as a CD player, especially as it had no facility to programme tracks. And the CD playing function packed up on mine after about 4 years, and I realised rather than pay through the nose to get it repaired, I could buy a perfectly good CD player for about £25 in Cash Converters so I did that.
The ability to play stored tracks at random was a good facility, but it was no good at playing stored albums as it would fade out each track at the end and the beginning of the next one. There was no option of removing that feature, so that put me off using it to play albums. There was no mention of that on the web site.
When the CD playing function packed up, I did consider throwing it away, but I decided to hang on to it so I can occasionally play music randomly on it. . Not that I do that very often.
Anyone buy the follow up Brennen B2?
