Hello just looking for some connection advice please.

Next week I am travelling from London to Brussels and then changing for local services to Breda and then my final connection to Tilburg.

I only have a 5 minute connection time at Breda.

Can anyone tell me what this station is like and is it easy enough to navigate which such a short connection.

Thank you

Navigating the station should be easy enough but one thing I would recommend is to sit at the back part of the train if you can because it will be closer to the stairs once it pulls into Breda. If you miss your train there should be plenty other later trains you can take to Tilburg.

Generally this change should be cross-platform, but even when it's not 5 minutes is enough if the train arrives on time. And if it's late there are 6 trains per hour from Breda to Tilburg so you can catch the next one.

The 5 minute connection from Brussels to Tilburg is, according to what I just saw in the journey planner, a cross platform interchange from platform 5 to 6. So should not be any problem to make that train.
A bit outdated, but here is a map of Breda station: https://plattegrondstation.nl/plattegrond/108.jpg The bridge over the tracks indicated on this map is no longer there, nor is platform 2 (or yes, there is a platform but you cannot access it from anywhere)
