....As it takes little room, I see no disadvantage to printing this. At the very least, it means if handed to a member off staff they can quickly look up the restrictions, rather than having to first check the code then the restrictions....

I think you have to look for advantages rather than the lack of disadvantages, as that is the only thing that will change matters. However I agree it could be useful, but perhaps more for on-train staff. For ticket office staff it really doesn't take that long to find the codes and restrictions through the manual, certainly not much longer than just looking for the restrictions.
