BR timetable book disposals

Timetable World is disposing of surplus timetable books - about 180 items at the moment - originally published 1948 -2012. Proceeds go towards the project, mainly the cost of a storage unit for incoming material. (All these timetables have been digitised and are also available to purchase and download as PDF files.)

There should be some bargains in there. Prices should be less than eBay buy-it-now, and it is possible to buy multiple items and pay the same flat rate for shipping. Most books are in good condition with secure bindings, but you should be able to see from the cover images those that have been well-used. Many of the books were collected by the Railway Club library in High Holborn, London, then held by the RCTS when the club closed. Library stamps and stickers may be present but most have hardly been opened.

The books are supplied as-is. The pull-out maps may or may not be included.

To try and shift these c.170 books, I've decided to remove the delivery charges (almost!). If you choose DPD's shop-to-shop service at the checkout, delivery is now free. Home delivery is reduced to £3.00.

DPD seems to work well for heavy things like books. I sent 17Kg to someone, and the cost to me was just £3.59 shop-to-shop.

They look good. Only Criticism i will give is that i cant see a general condition of the interior pages which usually stops a lot of people from considering purchases of paper railwayana.

Yes there's a few that I'd be interested in but could I just confirm that the interior condition is reasonable?

These are not mint items, nor rare items. The covers are a fair reflection of the whole. Most have come from library sources and are hardly used, though they often have library stamps on them. They are priced well below what people ask on eBay, but also above what you often see at car boot sales.

Buy them to use them. If buyers are unhappy with the quality, I'll treat them fairly.
