I would like to build out of a kit a Br engineering wagons that were built before 1985. Preferably I would like a Ballast wagan or some form of Bogie Bolster. Is there any suitable websites. Please note I am a beginer to wagon kits.

Not sure what scale you're modelling; but, if it's 4mm/OO, then I'd heartily recommend the plastic kits from Parkside and Cambrian. You'll find a good range of BR-era departmental and service wagons, from these companies:

Good-quality transfers are available from John Isherwood at Cambridge Custom Transfers; and at Modelmaster Decals.

Happy building and put on some photos, to show us how you get on.
