When I try to access the useful BR database website I'm getting this message:
This account is temporary On Hold. Please check your billing for outstanding invoices and the Report Center for any unaddressed Resource usage Incident Reports

Sounds like the owner hasn't been paying their bills. Hopefully an oversight rather than a sign that the owner has abandoned the project.

Apparently it has been suffering a Denial of Service attack and this has used up all web resources for July. I presume that it will be back now it is August. (I have no idea what the above means.)

Apparently it has been suffering a Denial of Service attack and this has used up all web resources for July.

BRDatabase was still running about a week ago, with a warning message that it would go down temporarily once the monthly web resources limit was reached.

Hopefully an oversight rather than a sign that the owner has abandoned the project.

The warning message had a reassurance that this was not the case.

A DOS attack will flood a webserver with lots of web requests, sounds like its hit the quota for web requests this month.
