Hi I appreciate the inputs but i have already sent the email the letter was signed by a named person on behalf of the prosecution team. I don’t if i should send the email again with the said changes ? Are these changes important and can they affect the outcome ? Should i try to recall the email and send a new one ?
There's no point in trying to update what you have sent. Realistically no-one worries too much about the salutation ('Dear ... / Honoured ... / etc) and otherwise the suggestions are about one word.

I know this is easy for me to say and hard for you to do, but try and relax: you've done everything you can for the moment so all you can do is wait for the response.

There's no need to resend the email. The changes suggested were minor and are unlikely to affect the outcome.

Update on the email i sent:
I got a response from the frauds team from greater anglia :
Good afternoon,

Thank you for getting into contact.

I am just waiting for your journey report. Once I have received this, I can then arrange an out of court settlement for you.

Now when they say journey report i have a strange feeling that they will log all the journeys for which i bought the incorrect fare.
I am just curious can greater anglia charge me fine for other train companies ?

This is probably not what you will want to hear - but it doesn't matter if they can or not.

I think that there have been some cases where the settlement amount has been negotiated down, but very few of them. So in my view you won't be able to negotiate - and to avoid court you will have to accept the offer made.

So you don't need to know how they have worked out what they suggest you should pay.

Yes, because they act as an agent of the railways in general. Many fares have the revenue split between several companies anyway even if you only travel with one.

Hello everyone, i got a response from the fraud team and they have decided to resolve the matter with me paying a total of 102.50GBP. This includes the admin charges of 100. I was expecting it to be like 300 pounds or so. But nevertheless it is a waste of 100GBP. This whole experience has taught me a valuable lesson. And i really appreciate all your support and feedback. I am just hoping thats this matter is closed here and i don’t get shocked by getting another letter from a different a train company as i made the same mistake with southern. Anyways in the end i will pay them the amount, and never use trainline to buy train tickets.

Warm regards

Glad it's sorted, but I hope the lesson is that you'll purchase the correct tickets...

How much did you avoid paying in total for all the trips you made with the higher discount to which you were not entitled do you think?
Think of the £100 as not wasted but a contribution to that figure !

They were small trip from one station to the next one maximum fare would have been between 3.50 - 5.00 and in total there were like 10-12 trips like that. Well i guess thats even better then if the 100GBP is a contribution to that figure.
