Can anyone recommend any good book(s) on the Trans-Siberian Railway, other than Christian Wolmar's 'To the Edge of the World'? The Wolmar book is actually a decent read but I just wondered whether there's much else, particularly any in depth studies and histories etc.

It depends on what sort of angle you want the book to cover.

I'd recommend Bryn Thomas's Trans-Siberian Handbook - that's a travel guide but you do get information on the history of the line and the places it passes through.

I agree with that - a very readable book, and some great characters in it, especially Mischa, the tormented KGB minder, and the acerbic Wanda Newby.
