Interesting new French double decker units
The trains have long double decker cars- the intermediate ones without external doors- and shorter single decker cars with the power equipment and doors on them

The door layout makes me think of the Alstom Thameslink proposal that was deemed too radical for the UK...

There are tram designs that use a similar layout, but nothing which such long sections- or double decker.
