Quite untrue. It was won be Bombardier because they are the manufacturers that built 377s.
Anyway, what if I said Siemens never really won the LM/ TPE contract? What if i suggested it was unfair and should be looked into? Afterall, Siemens were always going to win it as they were the ones that built the 350s.

Er, Siemens haven't technically won the Thameslink or LM/TPE contract. They are preferred bidder. It could still be taken away if terms aren't agreed, talks are still on going.
