Think it's more severe than Leicester (??) in that we can't travel unnecessarily, pubs and cafes are shut (take-away only) so we'r ebasically locked in again. Except, of course, thousands of pupils can attend school, arrivign and departing by bus or driven by mum/dad, parents congregate at the gates etc. Shops, inc. non-essentials remain open as far as I can see.
So if infection rates have gone up, one assumes that children will also be carrying the virus in greater numbers? If so, fat lot of good lockdown will bring when they pass it around their chums and take it home with them.
