Blue covered freight wagons

Does anyone know what's in these covered freight trains? Is it always the same thing?
Appreciate it's not a great picture.

Cars for export. The bodies rise up - the cars are loaded/unloaded at the end of the train of multiple 5 car sets and drive along what are basically flat trucks.

Heres a video of a train being split and unloaded in Southampton eastern docks:

They will be the former RfD WIA articulated car carriers which are predominately used for Mini’s on the BMW Oxford Cowley to Southampton East Docks traffic.
