Blocked nose

Anyone know any way of shifting a blocked nose without taking any drugs because a cold has struck me down
Its driving me nuts! It was particlarly bad on a class 165, I dont think my nose likes turbos!

That's just given me an idea....I'm getting one of these to sort out my blocked nose, stubborn earwax and constipation. Should be more effective than a teapot anyway.
