Blocked line, Reading?

038Y/WAGS is showing on RTT/Traksy on the inner line of the Reading triangle, between signals 1728/2805 on the line under the main line.

Has anything odd happened or is it just a quirk in the feeds? I'm next past it Friday, and no delays showing anywhere. Just wondered.
