Can anyone share any experiences?

My daughter booked a night coach to Paris which originally, gave her 4 hours transfer time to get a train from the other side of town. She has now received an email to say that the original departure time of 11.00pm was now put back about 2 hours - and taking longer meaning she only has a transfer time of 1 hour in a city she doesn't know. And that's assuming the coach/ferry runs to time

OK, it was cheap (student rates) but it's more the inconvenience and the stress/hassle when she arrives in Paris

Errr, Smethwick!
Good luck is all I can say. Can't say too much but I work for another operator which insists on selling through tickets to/from Europe with BlaBlaBus and although we only do so as third-party agents we nevertheless have to try to sort out problems time after time when BlaBlaBus reschedules, cancels, runs late or just never turns up. BlaBlaBus can be virtually impossible to contact and it just leads to anger, frustration and customer ill-will all round.

Thanks, just what I thought. She has sent an email to their customer services asking if she can travel on an earlier coach, or get a refund. Otherwise, she will have to start again with another operator, e.g. Flixbus

Of course, who knows when BlaBlaBus customer services reply - the longer my daughter waits, the less chance she has of getting a good deal with another operator.
