This morning at 0755 I had an email from GWR "Subject: Get ready for tomorrow’s trip". But actually the time quoted in it for my departure is 1839 TODAY.
In fact I am travelling tomorrow 8 Sept as I changed the booking. However the 1839 in the email is the departure time as originally booked for the leg from Paddington to Farringdon.
Something very odd about all this, message sent on the correct day but incorporating superseded data.
BTW seems our son was lucky to get here on the train due today at TOT at 1137 (1O03) only 12 mins down, in view of the lineside fire. Hopefully no further issues tmrw.
