Birmingham New Street refurbishment

Does anybody know of any floorplans that might show how the new New Street station compares with the pre-refurb station?

We're struggling to figure out whether or not the current "Red Lounge" is in the same place as the old concourse, given how it appears to be laid out identically.

Although they've made a huge mistake with the refurbishment.
Is it platfoirms 1-4 that are blocked off by the large glass barrier? Or the other end? The only way I found how to get round it was to go "out" through the barriers, then back "in" again.

Use the 'b' end of the platforms to avoid doing that. That's what I was told on the gateline when I enquired.

We're struggling to figure out whether or not the current "Red Lounge" is in the same place as the old concourse, given how it appears to be laid out identically.

It's roughly the same size, but it definitely isn't in the place, the old concourse occupied the space that currently runs down the main 'spine' of the station, where Body Shop, the staircases down to the 'A' end of the platform and the 'Hema' shop currently are.

The current Red Lounge is in the area formerly occupied by the Pallasades Car Park, indicated by the Blue area to the left on the aforementioned 'Slide 21'.
