Afternoon all.

Sorry to post this and it's probably a ridiculous question but can anybody please advise the easiest way to get from Platform 10B to Platform 1A at Birmingham New Street the place is so vast it's hugely confusing from Platform 10B where do i go to get to Platform 1A.

I have looked at the Map provided by Network Rail but i'm still so lost.

Please any help would be hugely appreciated.

Sorry once again to ask which i'm sure is a idiotic question (I need to know the quickest way due to me having a connecting train)

Thank you so much.

If you're at the B end then the concourse bridge will take you all the way to 1B. Just walk up the platform to 1A. If you end up in the atrium then it can be confusing as the A ends are marked by coloured lounges

I tweeted Birmingham New Street on Twitter and they informed me to take the escalator to the concourse area and turn right to Platform 1A.

Is anybody available to help me via this Map?

So confusing.

The platform numbers are shown on that map: look at the bottom left and you'll see the access from 10b. Once upstairs turn left (or right if using the lift), keep walking straight to the end, down onto platform 1b, turn left and walk down the platform to 1a.
