I have a ‘Bhm stations to London Terminals’ Ticket, due to Euston being closed I was planning on going Moor Street - Marylebone, but apparently these services are horrendously overcrowded.

Would travelling via Worcester Shrub Hill to take a GWR to Paddington be an acceptable routing for this ticket?

Can't help with that routing but may I suggest going via XC/GWR through Banbury and Oxford into Paddington if you're merely wanting to avoid Chiltern?

Can't guarantee validity but it seems a fair bit more reasonable than via Worcester.

I don't think that is valid, nevertheless that would take a really long time!
I believe your ticket is valid into Paddington via Oxford

Due to the Euston closure, CrossCountry are advising against changing at Leamington Spa/Banbury/Oxford due to overcrowding.

It's not a permitted route, even during the closure

There is no permitted route that will not be horrendously overcrowded during times of high or even moderate demand during the blockade.

As mentioned in another thread, it is currently possible to purchase tickets to London Kings Cross via Peterborough on some booking sites. However this route isn't intended to be valid and you might not be able to get an itinerary via this route once people who can fix these systems get back to work on Monday!
