Birmingham - London Off Peak Return Validity

Hi,

I've got a Birmingham Stations to London Terminals Off Peak Return (Adult, 16-25) for the 24th, with the validity code 2C. Looking at this code, my options on the WCML exclude arriving at "London Euston after 07:19 and before 11:30" and departing "London Euston after 04:29 and before 09:26 or after 15:00 and before 18:45".

However, despite these restrictions, I was able to select trains within these times on both National Rail and London Midland. I've even got a reservation for the 1803 ex Euston.

What are the time restrictions for this ticket?

Technically 'Virgin Trains' by itself only refers to one Train Operating Company, and it hasn't changed for quite some time

I wonder if this also counts for the 'Two Together' railcard, and they just haven't updated the text, or if they've excluded this deliberately?

They deliberately excluded the Two Together railcard. Were it included, every punter would just grab a stranger, pose for pictures, buy a disposable 2TR railcard and save £100 on every afternoon peak journey.

Two together isn't valid before 0930 so not that big a loss
