Does anyone know if next weekend (3rd/4th March) if the BWirral Transport Museum is open as well as the Birkenhead Tramway (the latter's web site is here but I can find little about the former)? And what does it mean when it says they are operating a limited service? (I'm aware about the problem of having an electrician and presume this is related).
