Birkenhead to Rhyl Return Ticket Availability

I'm just looking at getting some more information on the ticket available between these two stations as I've looked at National Rail and the only ticket available is an Off peak Return and i want to travel tonight sometime and leave early before 9 tomorrow?

Is this possible?

That's fine. This Off-Peak return is in fact valid at any time; the only restriction is that you may not break your journey. See https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/8A. There is no Anytime Return on this flow (I was specifically looking at Birkenhead Hamilton Square to Rhyl).
