Big decrease in passenger satisfaction for Southeastern, big increase for Hull Trains

I was impressed with Hull trains on Saturday, even though both journeys were delayed, the train manager announced the reason for the delay (congestion around the Peterborough area and the 180 doing what a 180 does best and threw a hissy fit and wouldn't close a door)
