Today 5Q49 1148 Bicester Mod Gbrf depot, Tuesday 02 April 2024, saw 37611 and 37901 and the Rail Operations Group, barrier vehicles take 360202 as reported on Website Old Live Rail Record from Bicester Mod Gbrf depot to Lydney Goods Loop.

Most likely its the first of the remaining x3 360s from Bicester mod storage depot, which are 360201 360202 360203, to go for their new lives on the South Wales Test Track. Probably will go by road from Lydney in due course?.

However there was a previous thread back on here in 2022 approximately, but cannot find it?.

However any more information about today's move, is much appreciated thank you.

There was a 360 at Lyndey used for filming "Am I being Unreasonable" with Daisy May Cooper. Amusing seeing an EMU at a station with no overhead. That was a few years ago however.

Return path currently en route, but considering its a 5D headcode and not a 5Q, it might just be 37s & the barriers?

Notably, this morning Friday 05th April 2024, 37901, 37611 as Reported on Old live rail record website, worked 5Q75 0713 Bicester Mod Gbrf to Lydney Goods loop, with the vans and 360201 in between, so it appears they are going to Lydney, then onwards from there in due course, to the South Wales test track as reported elsewhere on here, previously,
Only 360203 now left at Bicester Mod Depot Sidings.

Updated Monday 08th April 2024,
1200 5Q75 1200 Bicester Mod Gbrf to Lydney Goods loop saw 37901 and 37611, with the two Vans and 360203 in between, which saw the 3602s ex Heathrow Express, finally after nearly 3 years storage at Bicester Mod leave forever, presumably all now at Lydney, awaiting onwards movement to South Wales test track.
As reported previously on here somewhere.
So in reality on the mainline another piece of traction as finally finished forever by being hauled or used on the mainline.
This time, at least they have a new life.
However farewell 3602 Heathrow Express.
Welcome to the new life on the South Wales test track .
