Best branch line around GEML?

A little poll to see which is the best branch line around the GEML.
Take into account:

• Punctuality
• Train cleanliness and design
• Views
• Stations
• Line
• Things to do
• And any other reasons.

When voting, please give a valid reason. If I have made a mistake or should add something, just tell me.

I chose the Mayflower Line because of its views of the Stour and peacefulness. But then again, I don't know too much about the other branches. Prove me wrong.

East Suffolk Line. Especially on the first train on a Saturday. No passengers stopping me from enjoying the view of the lovely Suffolk countryside and beautiful sunrises from the back.

The Bittern line, because it gets me on holiday.
Also the only others I've done are the dull Cambridge Norwich line, and the short Romford Upminster line.

I voted for the Felixstowe branch because (for a single track true branch line) it's extremely busy and the majority of the traffic is freight - very unusual for the UK.

Scenic choices would be Norwich-Lowestoft and the East Suffolk line.

I voted for the Bittern line because it takes me back to where I spent my childhood. Happy memories and Sheringham is a great place to visit.

Wherry Lines, Because after 19 years of using them you grow to love them

Most of them have got redeeming features.

My favourite is the Harwich branch as it means I'm off on another European jaunt via the Hook of Holland ferry. The view of Mistley Cricket Club (the MCC) with the church in the background is typical English village.

Even the Norwich - Ely route that many say is boring has much to interest me, although not so fine after re-signalling, but crossing the Fens between Ely and Peterborough in winter is better.

As for Romford to Upminster, well it is punctual, but hard to see how it couldn't be

The Wherry Lines for me, the first and only time I've been down there was during my driver training at the front of the 47s on the short set, like stepping back in time! Great fun.
