Being on two electoral registers

I just want to clarify, is this OK, as I'm on a register for a Lowestoft polling station (as that's where my parents live), but I also registered in Ipswich back in November (as I currently reside in uni halls there). I now have two different voting cards for next week's European election, and I want to exercise my right to vote.

You're allowed to be registered in both locations, so long as you only vote once.

Yes, I'm registered in two districts. You can only vote in one of them however.

You can’t vote twice in:

a UK Parliamentary, Scottish Parliamentary, National Assembly for Wales or European Parliamentary election.

But you can vote in local government elections at home and at your term-time address, as long as they are not in the same local government

Yes. In the past I have voted in Scottish Parliament election, and English council election on the same day.
