Anyone know if this is sill used for locos?

The stabling point is only used for tampers/stoneblowers and on track plant, although failed engines are sometimes dumped there, there was a 67 in there the other weekend but that was for railtour duties, you may be interested to know they have all now been ripped up and moved closer to the running line, due to the thameslink program works.

When you say 'running line' do you mean the Bletchley branch? Do you know any more about how the Thameslink works and how the stabling point is being changed?

Bletchley branch, it's been moved so they can put in 12 car sidings, so it will look from above main line, bletchley lines, tamper/loco stabling, staff car park, 12 car sidings, nr buildings.
They are also putting the ohle up on the bletchley lines to just short of st johns.

Thanks again. Sounds extensive works. I don't suppose there's a plan online anywhere?

I'm not sure but we do have a blue print at work, so there might be one online, not sure where to look.

Thanks, Andy. I also found a NR Word document that listed the sidings to be removed and amended. Still no plan though!
