Bedford area email groups?

I have a couple of rail gen groups on yahoo but neither are good for my area in Bedford on the midland main line perfect if I go more round Midlands.

Does anyone know of any gen groups that are updated with new posts daily or as close as, I would like heads up on a lot of the stuff.

There's a forum called HST Gen, I'm a member of it. I'll get a link for you. :)
