Beckenham to Stratford

Dear friends any help here appreciated, I will need to travel from Beckenham to Stratford E15 for work for next 2 months, have choice of either Beckenham Junction, New Beckenham, or even Ravensbourne stations, so would an Oyster travelcard be cheaper or rail season ticket. If the latter does it include tube travel?

Your cheapest route would be New Beckenham to Lewisham then DLR to Stratford. That is zones 2-4. 10 peak journeys will cost £25.00 while a 7-day travelcard is £25.20. A monthly or longer travelcard is likely to be better value. With that stored on an Oyster you can also make trips into zone 1 for £1.70-£2.20 depending on route and time of day. Just ensure you have a PAYG balance and touch in at the start and out at the end of the journey.

Also, the travelcard is valid for all trains/tubes/dlr in the zones covered plus any buses or trams throughout London.

You probably don't need telling, but Zone 4 covers you for the Junction and Ravensbourne too (and indeed Shortlands and Bromley N)
