Beaulieu Road Disruption - 04 June

Suprised there are no posts about this yet! Mass disruption between Beaulieu Road and Brockenhurst this morning due to a displaced conductor rail (reported as leaning over across four insulators). Job was stopped for a considerable period on both Up and Down lines, Down line being the one affected, until the fault was remidied.

Looks like a fair old heap of delay minutes and cancellations!

I doubt there a posts about every event that delays trains, when considered across the whole country every day. Sometimes people notice these things but just shrug their shoulders and realise that it's just a run of the mill problem that the railway has suffered for decades...

Another reason for non-reporting to Forum can be whether active members are located in the area or at what level of contact they have with on-going events.
