This summer BElgium will have a varied offer of ride-at-will-tickets for juniors, all also clearly described with full conditions on the belgianrail.be site-also in /en/, so here just the basics:
TRAIN only- 1 week or 1 month, up till 26 (includes 25yr), 18 or 35€
ALL transit-besides train also bus/tram, of deLIJN (Flemish), TEC (Wallon) and MIVB/STIB(Brussels), 59€ for month. That is UP to 25=that age excluded! Again that makes that german D-Ticket=also all transit, except the fast IC/ICE-trains for 49€ and for any age a real true bargain.
In any case you also need a personal MoBiB Chipcard=with your name+foto on it, which cost 6€-valid for 5 yrs. One can order all online via the b-rail site,a white one and get the foto attached at any staffed station-but having it all done at that station saves all the online hassles.
Somehow I recall that last summer there was a trains-offer for 1 month for any age, this seems not the case this year.
As an aside: Denmark and CZech will also have such summer-only offers, FRance (also just juniors-trains) and Italy (half price) have recently been posted on this branch.
