Anyone able to tell me the miles and chains between Kennington - Nine Elms - Battersea Power Station please?

When this was asked in 2021, there was a slightly different metric answer. I have suspected though that Kennington to Nine Elms must have two different distances as the routes are spread apart to line up with the junctions on the loop. Could the figure given be an average?
Kennington to Nine Elms: 2.10km or 1.24 miles/chains
Nine Elms to Battersea Power Station: 1.04km or 0.52 miles/chains
