As well as disruption if LO feel the need to curtail services. Caught it once randomly at Battersea Park as there was no LO shown at Clapham Junction for an hour.

I think the plan is for the LO service to battersea park to say the same, give or take a few peak time extras with the Northern line extension being the line to serve the new housing areas.

The line I mean is the Northern line extension currently being built from Kennington to Battersea PS station which is due to open in 2021

As of 2015 TfL were referring to 6 tph to Clapham Junction (from 2019). I‘ve tried to keep up with proposals and don’t recall 2 tph to Battersea Park being mentioned anywhere official.

I was thrown off by it before. It's a London specific Oyster card thing, so those of us outwith London don't come across it.
