Is this valid any other route than simply Bath to Padd? Like Waterloo on the 3 a day through train?

It's valid on the shortest route (which is fairly obvious) plus all the mapped routes from Bath to London (time restrictions apply Mondays-Fridays) plus London to Bedford (at any time).
