Bath Spa express cancellation

bit short notice but can anyone confirm what has happened to the two Bath spa expresses 28 Nov & 5 Dec. 28 Nov reported cancelled, but still appears on company's website, now the UK steam tours info site showing 5 Dec cancelled as well

I was told by a passenger who should've been on today's that it was due to no driver available. I'm not sure about the 28th november same passenger said that no loco was available. Booked loco failure perhaps?
