Yes please. It is a shame that Crosscountry don't give more of a tip of the hat to the town's brewing heritage by stocking it on board their trains; although they do stock bottles of Sharp's Doom Bar, which, it recently came to light, are in fact produced in Burton!

The network of brewery railways in Burton On Trent truly was extensive in a past age: As impressive as the scale and variety of the brewing activities that they once supported.

From what I know of the redevelopment of St Pancras, most of the development was the transformation of the undercroft. it's original use was for the storage of deliveries of the finest ales from Burton On Trent. It doesn't sound like the worlds brewing capital is very well represented in the station today. Marstson's Pedigree anyone?

Walking around the town, it is remarkable how much evidence there is of the dozens of brewery railways, at its peak there were 23 level crossings in the town!

Especially if its served from the jug!
