Bankcruptcy and becoming a train driver

Hi all

I am new on here, and was wondering - Could anyone tell me: I am considering filing for Bankcruptcy ( as an individual ).. Would anything in a Train Drivers contract of employment prevent a Bankcrupt/Un-discharged Bankcrupt from working for that company? I recently had an assesment day and it went well, so am waiting to hear as regards to the next stage. Reason I am asking is - Some employers take a dim view of Bankcruptcy and if that was going to be the case then I would rather sort it out another way.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It's generally only FSA or financial based jobs where you either have to declare it or cannot hold a role, otherwise I don't think your required to declare that fact you're bankrupt.

Most drivers I know are in a financial mess anyway

Prosecution, would be the only thing that could affect your chances, or bad references.
If you passed the assessment/interview and medical you should be okay.
