Bank holidays/lieu leave for maintenance staff

hi,

Does anybody know how what lieu days maintenance staff are entitled too at network rail,

I am under the impression that if workers work a bank holiday they get time and half and a lieu day, if they don’t work the bank holiday they also get a lieu day. Is this correct.

Can anyone explain it for me?
