Band 5 job or grade sig 1 job

I got offered two jobs, one being a dispatcher grade 1 and the other as a timetable analyst.

I am struggling to choose between the two because of GBR coming in.

Any idea if band 5 jobs will be made redundant or as such…

Take the one you feel more happy taking, the one which works best for you, and you think you’ll enjoy more.

There’s a massive difference between the reality of a Dispatcher and the life of a Timetable Analyst.

Don’t worry too much about redundancies.
