They haven't. As mentioned on another thread, the TOCs have not yet received the necessary mandate from Government to enable them to make any pay offer.

Well we got told by a union source they are going out on 28th August to be returned by 18th September.

You're very trusting on Royal Mail actually DELIVERING the said ballot papers???
It's taken 3 weeks for my hospital appointment letter to travel a MILE (letter dated & postmarked 7th August)

Just had text from ASLEF saying ballot paper on way. A colleague has received ballot paper today.
