Anyone have any information on pay/rosters for Balfour Beatty MPV drivers?

Also I can think of them running Autumn for leaf fall and winter for de-icing, do they then do something like weed spraying for the rest of the year?

They do occasionally get used for other things, I am sure I have seen what looked like reels of fence wire on one once, presumably to replace a lineside fence that was long way from any road. But it was few years ago.
