The Baby Deltic was basically a single Deltic engine in a shorter version of a Class 37 bodyshell and it was Bo-Bo rather than Co-Co. So one of the main things they have to do is shorten the bonnet (and of course the main frame) and rebogie it with Class 20 bogies.
