Could someone please confirm when the the following ability was removed

Off-Peak Day Singles and
Returns, GroupSave Day
Returns: Valid for travel on
the date shown on the ticket
and until 0230 the following
day. If it is not possible to
complete the journey before
this time, travel is allowed
until 1200 the day after
travel - but no further break
of journey is allowed.

As the page on National Rail Enquire has no mentioned

October 2011 saw the "start and end of day" times changed when the NRCoC was updated. You must now fully complete all travel by 0429 the next day, however time restrictions still apply.

Restriction B3 said:
Date on ticket until 04:29 the next morning

Outward: By any train except those timed to depart Mondays-Fridays before 09:00.
Return: By any train.

Sorry LM my question (poorly put) related to continuing your journey up until 1200 the next day
