Thinking of going to see the FFestiniog next year. Are there any B & B's overlooking Porthmadog station?

Within walking distance of Penrhyndeudraeth FfR station (but quite a walk from the BR station). I struggled to find a decent (quality and price) B&B nearer Porthmadog.
When I stayed there in 2011, the husband of the owning couple was (and may well still be) working in a senior position on the rebuilding of the Welsh Highland Railway, so intimately connected with FfR.
