Sorry to clog up the Forum with such a pointless thread (feel free to delete it once I have an answer!).

I've just set up an avatar on my profile, but it doesn't appear next to my posts ... can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong, please?

Avatars automatically appear below your User title once you upload them. You have not yet uploaded an Avatar, to do this (or select one from the gallery), go to your UserCP and select 'Edit Avatar.'

Also if you use your own photo, make sure the photo is not too big in size or kb. If it is too big it will be rejected.

From the upload page - Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 110 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
