Can anyone tell me how to claim a refund with Avanti for a declassified FC ticket and how it would be calculated please?

Email or write to customer services. If it was declassified, you are due the difference between the relevant Advance tiers. Where was your journey from and to?

The £118 ticket is coded V1J, and the corresponding tier of Advance is V2J (J being the tier denominator). V2J Advance is £71.80 so the difference is:

£118 - £71.80 = £46.20
