Anyone else in the same boat? Liverpool applicant was successful after vse and m7. Email said we will be in touch within 4 weeks as we don't have any dates for assessment centres yet. Today is 4 weeks. Still nothing ....

The previous email states you have been successful and will progressed to the next stage (M7 & VSE) when they’re ready.

I applied for Manchester, I've submitted the online assessments and had two emails since saying they had a high volume of applicants to get through and will contact me again in 6 weeks time. That was about 4 weeks ago.. Good luck to all who have applied for trainee train driver..

Stage 1 tests done, good luck to all those waiting/attending this week. Can only echo advise on here of using the group bourdon tool, using the practice materials, ask as many questions as you like and most importantly relax!

Time to forget about all this and enjoy Easter.

I completed the initial online tests for Manchester in March, then received the email on April 6th asking me to wait a further 6 weeks for results... Still nothing, and it was 6 weeks on Friday just gone. Anyone else in the same boat?

I was in Crewe last week as a Manchester applicant for more tests. There were 2 sittings that day for around 15 people each sitting (12 on mine). Not sure how many days a week they carry them out. I guess it will just take (lots of) time to get through everyone. As others have said throughout this thread, just be patient and good luck.

The last one was Wednesday afternoon. I don’t know when there are more? Maybe after the results?

Did stage 2 today end of line for me as didn't pass 1 test feeling gutted but know where I went wrong maybe next time fingers crossed for the rest and good luck

Sorry to hear that, what test was that? I am still waiting for CBI result, it is 2 weeks now waiting.

Was the two hand joystick one I know I couldve done better such a shame coz I should've just taken more time I was thinking of speed more I know I can do it but it'll have to be next time

I did my joystick test too quick I've been thinking about it and I had so much more time to complete it . Was you sat next to me?
