40k starting Salary

54k once you sign your core route (about 1 year after starting as trainee)

62k after 2nd Year

67k after 3rd Year.

If that were the case then it wouldn't impact trainee drivers, we'd just be wearing a different uniform potentially

Not necessarily! Drivers are still wearing the Virgin Uniform as the Avanti one is Terrible and there’s no agreement in place for drivers to wear it!!
