Avanti driver/staff change locations?

At what location do Avanti do routine driver and staff changes? I know the most obvious one is Preston where the London to Glasgow and London to Glasgow/Edinburgh via the West Midlands do driver changes and the stop staff regularly make an announcement that the shop will be closed just before entering Preston and then just after Preston they announce that the shop has reopened.

What other locations does this routinely happen and on what services?

Wolverhampton is another common location for shop staff changeover.

I believe crew changes happened at Stockport while diversions through Manchester to Scotland took place.

I believe Crewe is used for SOME Anglo Scottish services, as well as the Chester / Holyhead services.

Most Avanti servcies are crewed end to end. The exceptions are those to /from Scotland or Wales, plus a handful of others, typically at the beginning or end of the service day.
