Can a claim for Delay Repay from Avanti cover two people or do two separate claims have to be made?

My dad has done two on one claim (him and my mum travelling together using a two together railcard so it made sense) but that was on a paper form not online. It was paid out correctly, albeit with two cheques sent separately

It is all a bit of a nonsense. XC once tried to get me to submit 4 claims for 4 tickets on a family railcard. When I explained we all travelled together and three people were children, they said they could do it, but they'd need to speak to each of the others on the phone to confirm they were happy for this.
I explained the youngest was 6 and one of the others was totally deaf and wished them luck with it.
They sent a bank transfer for the full amount the next day!

I submitted one claim with the scanned image of two CCST tickets20230313Tickets.jpg
This was paid out without any debate.

Thanks. Mine were eTickets but I've put them in a single pdf and submitted the claim that way.

Updated to say that I submitted the claim as suggested by @JBuchananGB and have received confirmation that it has been approved.
